Patch user Parkvillehoney thinks so: "Had a near miss accident today when someone started to cross Waltham Woods Rd from Perring Pkwy and I had the right of way! Need some type of traffic calming device on Waltham Woods Rd near Summit Ave. Cars speed down Waltham Woods Rd but the speed limit is 25 mph. Need more police with radar," she wrote on the announcement WALTHAM WOODS ROAD RESIDENTS -NOTICE.
