A Pikesville Patch Facebook friend just posted the following: "FYI Just got a call with sad news. Deceased dog spotted on the 695 Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop just before Greenspring exit. Looks to be a St. Bernard or similar type dog. RIP sweet thing. Please share--someone needs to know. For the Love of Louie - Baltimore's Lost Dogs Lost and Found Animals of Maryland"
