The Northwest Citizens on Patrol will hold its annual dinner at 8 p.m. Dec. 3.
According to the NWCP website, the 29th annual Melaveh Malka & Awards Ceremony will be held at Shomrei Emunah Congregation.
The patrol works with Baltimore City police and Baltimore County police to solve crimes and find missing people.
