Jewish Heritage Series 'Uplifts, Renews'
Upcoming classes offered at the Weinberg Park Heights Jewish Community Center, include "G-D, Prayer and Jewish Identity," and "American Jewish Experience at the Turn of the Twentieth Century."
Learning can help increase happiness and job satisfaction, according to a blog by Cindy Goldstein, executive director for the Darrell D. Friedman Institute for Professional Development.
Upcoming events at the institute, according to the institute's website, include:
- "G-D, Prayer and Jewish Identity: An Insider's Guide to Jewish Worship." It is held 8:30-10:30 a.m. Jan. 18.
- "American Jewish Experience at the Turn of the Twentieth Century." It is held 2:30-4 p.m. Feb. 27 and March 5.
The cost is $18 per session, according to the site.
