Pikesville Gets New Banners, Courtesy of the Chamber

The Pikesville Chamber of Commerce recently put up new banners downtown along Reisterstown Road.

The new, burgundy ones replace the former blue ones which were more than 3 years old, said Jessica Normington, executive director of the chamber.

The chamber got a Baltimore County Revitalization Grant to help pay for the 50 new banners, she said.

"Baltimore County gave us 85 percent of what we needed and we raised the rest from dues and other sponsorships."
