Porch Fire Investigated as Arson

A Lochearn resident awoke to find her shrubbery and front porch on fire.
At 3 a.m. July 11, she was awakened by noises outside, and saw the damage.
There are no suspects in the incident listed as a first-degree arson incident, the report states.
