Robber Steals Cigarettes, Assaults 7-Eleven Clerk

A robber implied he had a handgun as he robbed a clerk at a 7-Eleven in Pikesville.
At 11 p.m. May 19, a man came into the store at 1640 Reisterstown Road, walked behind the counter and said he has a gun in his waistband, according to a report by Baltimore County police.
He stole packs of cigarettes and put them into a large, black duffle bag before he assaulted the clerk, a resident of Baltimore.

The suspect ran toward Old Court Road, it states.
The suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 40 and 50 years old. He is about 6 feet tall and weighs 210 pounds, according to the report.
