UPDATE: Two Lanes Open after Tractor Trailer Overturn
The Maryland State Highway Administration announced that two lanes of the outer loop of I-695 in Pikesville are now open. They had been closed after a tractor trailer overturned near I-795 this morning.
UPDATE (1:02 p.m.) —Two lanes of the outer loop are now open, although traffic delays are backed up to to I-83, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.
The outer loop was closed this morning after a tractor trailer overturned at I-795 this morning, causing "major delays" on the outer loop of I-695.
The inner loop remains open.

Earlier this morning, the administration urged motorists to take alternate routes to get to Liberty Road and Greenspring avenue, as there are delays at these exits on the beltway.
Inner loop traffic is delayed getting to Liberty Road, and outer loop traffic is delayed getting to Greenspring Avenue, according to tweets from the administration.
