The event runs from 6-8 p.m. at the UPES Gazebo. If it rains — which hopefully won't happen <a href="http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?CityName=Riverdale&amp;state=MD&amp;site=LWX&amp;textField1=38.9643&amp;textField2=-76.9276&amp;e=1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">until late in the evening</a> — the event will be moved into .
