Solaire Apartments In Silver Spring Acquired By 29th Street Capital

SILVER SPRING, MD — 29th Street Capital (29SC) recently acquired Solaire Apartments in Silver Spring. The new owner plans to rebrand the 232-unit property as "Maven at Wheaton," renovating the apartment units and modernizing the interior and exterior amenity areas.

“Built in 2014, Solaire Apartments is a high-quality transit-oriented property within a short walk of both Wheaton Metrorail Station and Westfield Wheaton Mall,” said Brian Berry, senior vice president Mid-Atlantic for 29SC, in a release. “We look forward to executing on our business plan and continuing to expand in the Washington, D.C. region.”

The six-story building's amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, community room, swimming pool with a sundeck, and a courtyard patio with a grilling station.

Haven Residential, a property management company owned by 29SC, will oversee the management and leasing of Maven at Wheaton.
