Takoma Park Police responded to the 400 block of Beech Avenue Tuesday to investigate a residential burglary, police said. The burglary occured between 8:30 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. and the suspect broke in by removing a screen from a window located on the front porch and opening an unlocked glass window. Property was taken. Investigation continues under case #12040240. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call 301.270.1100.
