A man broke into a car on Elm Avenue Monday morning, according to Takoma Park Police.
On Aug. 20, around 6 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of Elm Ave for reports of a theft from auto.
Sometime between Aug. 19 at 11 p.m. and Aug. 20 at 5:30 a.m. someone broke into the vehicle, but did not take anything.
