Takoma Park Police responded to a reported burglary on Columbia Avenue Friday. On Aug. 24 at approximately 4:49 p.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the unit block of Columbia Avenue for reports of a residential burglary that occurred earlier sometime between Aug. 18 at 8 a.m. and Aug. 24 at 4:30 p.m., Takoma Park Police said. The burlgars entered the house through a front window and property was taken, police said. Investigation continues under case #12042159.  Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call 301.270.1100.
