TAKOMA PARK, MD — Hazmat crews were on the scene of a chemical spill at the Washington Adventist Hospital Tuesday, officials announced. Officials called for a partial evacuation/shelter-in place so they could investigate the spill in the lower-level lab, Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire &amp; Rescue Service Pete Piringer said.
