A house on Sycamore Avenue was burglarized Monday, according to Takoma Park Police. On Aug. 20, between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., a suspect broke into a home in the 7100 block of Sycamore Ave. through an unlocked rear window after removing the screen, police said. The suspect stole items from the home. Investigation continues under case #12041286.  Anyone with information about this crime should call 301.270.1100. You can now use your cell phone to send a tip to the Takoma Park Police Department and remain anonymous.
