Horace and Dickie's, an H St. NE corridor mainstay since 1990 will be frying up it's famous fish sandwiches just over the District line at 6912 Fourth St. NW in the former Wing Supreme space. Patch will certainly be giving the food at Horace and Dickie's a taste next week. Let us know what you think of the traditional D.C. fare.
