A house on Poplar Ave was burglarized some time between Saturday morning and Monday night, according to Takoma Park Police. Around 8:55 p.m. on Sept. 17, Takoma Park Police responded to the 6700 block of Poplar Ave. for reports of a burglary. The suspect broke in through an unlocked basement window, stole property and then exited through a sliding glass door in the dining room. Police currently have no suspects. Investigation continues under case #12046237. Anyone with information about this crime should call 301.270.1100.
