Martin O'Malley's Celtic rock band after you vote.  O'Malley's March will play at McGinty's Public House in downtown Silver Spring Saturday, Oct. 27, the first day of early voting in Maryland. A short walk from McGinty's, the Silver Spring Civic Center is one of five early voting centers in Montgomery County.
