If you see a pack of kids of bikes Wednesday morning, don't be alarmed. Students from are riding their bicycles from 7620 Maple Ave. to their school at 9 a.m. with the help of the Takoma Park Police to raise awareness for National Bike Safety Month. Before the ride, Mayor Bruce Williams will present a proclamation designating May 9 Bike to School Day in Takoma Park.  Students will also learn proper helmet fitting and a bike safety check before taking their ride.
