Takoma Park Police detectives are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenaged girl. According to a statement from police, Shermaya Jenkins, 16-years-old, was last seen on Saturday, Jan. 28 at around 6:52 a.m. in the 600 block of Houston Avenue. Shermaya stands about 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 90 pounds and has black hair with brown eyes. Police do not know what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance. Police are asking anyone with information about Shermaya's whereabouts to call the Takoma Park Police Department at 301-270-1100.
