Bread and Chocolate will be opening it's Takoma bistro, its fourth in the D.C. region and the first new cafe in eight years, according to a story in the Washington Post.

The menu will expand upon the omelets, French toast, panini, sandwiches, soups, entree salads and line of pfannkucken, or thin German-style pancakes, found at B & C’s other three cafes.
