Takoma Park Man Indicted With Ten Other MS-13 Members
The indictment recounts murders and assaults from 2008 to 2010.

TBD is reporting that Carlos Silva, also known as Cangri, 28, of Takoma Park has been indicted with ten other members of the MS-13 gang on charges including federal racketeering, murder, assault and attacking rival gang members.
The 35-count indictment, unsealed Wednesday, details murders, stabbings, beatings and assaults from 2008 and 2010. The charges expand on an earlier indictment against four of the named defendants and adds seven more while also expanding allegations against the gang.
MS-13 is an international gang with ties to Central America. The gang’s members have been accused of committing murders, extortion, robberies and drug dealing, among other crimes.

The indictment accuses some of the defendants of attacking people they thought were rival gang members and threatening people they thought were working with police. The crimes alleged took place in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. There was also coordination between MS-13 members in D.C. and those in El Salvador. Some of the imprisoned members in El Salvador pushed or ordered assaults and murders.

Michelle Nicole Rios, also known as La Licensiada, 21, of Washington, D.C.
Manuel Saravia, also known as Cholo, 31, of Silver Spring, Md.
Henry Sarba, also known as Flaco, 20, whose address is unknown.
