Takoma Park Police responded to a call of shots fired Monday morning around 3:30 a.m. near the area of 1100 Lancaster Road and the 7400 block of Glenside Drive, police said. Police communications had received several related calls to shots fired in the same area, but police found no evidence of shots fired and no bullets after a canvas of the surrounding area, police said.
