TAKOMA PARK, MD — Detectives from the Takoma Park Police Department are investigating the disappearance of a Takoma Park teenager. Robinette Parker, 17, was last seen in the 700 block of Hudson Ave., heading towards the 7-11 at Flower Avenue and Piney Branch Road, at about 9 a.m. Wednesday, police said. Police believe Parker is a runaway. Parker is described by police as a black female, 5'2, 110 pounds with brown eyes. She has black hair with burgundy tips and a large tattoo of a flower on her right thigh.
