Takoma Park Police Searching for Sexual Offender
The woman encountered the same man two days in a row.

Takoma Park Police are searching for a man who took a cell phone video up the skirt of a woman Wednesday.
Around 5:43 p.m., police responded to the 6800 block of Eastern Avenue where a victim reported that while she was outside, a man approached her asking for directions to College Park.
The victim recognized this individual as a person who approached her Tuesday, between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., at the Takoma metro station platform, also requesting directions.

On Tuesday, the man kept brushing his book bag against her leg, but stopped once the victim boarded the Metro train. On Wednesday, the man again brushed his book bag against her leg, but also begain to take video up the victim's skirt with his cell phone.
The victim attempted to take the book bag from the suspect and it ripped. The suspect picked up the book bag and cell phone and fled on foot on Eastern Avenue.

Police also received information that there might have been a second victim.
