Toddler Injured After Fall From Takoma Park Apartment Building

A 1-year-old was rushed to the hospital after falling about 40 feet from a building on Ethan Allen Avenue, according to a report.

TAKOMA PARK, MD — A 1-year-old child was injured after a fall of about 40 feet from the window of an apartment building in Takoma Park Sunday afternoon, according to an NBC Washington report.

Specific injuries were not disclosed for the child, who was rushed to a hospital after authorities responded to the fall in the 700 block of Ethan Allen Avenue.

A photo NBC obtained from the Montgomery County Fire Department shows a three-story building. Additional details were not immediately available.
