2 Arrested For Child Sex Trafficking In Baltimore County
Two men were charged with sex trafficking of a minor and other crimes; 2 girls who were trafficked were rescued, Maryland State Police said.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Two people are facing charges after authorities accused them of human trafficking two children in Baltimore County.
Deion Taurence Philip, 32, of New York, and Antoine Miles, 57, of Maryland, are both charged with sex trafficking of a minor and other related counts following an investigation by the Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit, authorities announced on Thursday.
In September 2025, state investigators were conducting joint proactive human trafficking enforcement with the Baltimore County Police Department and the FBI when authorities saw what appeared to be a young girl being advertised on the internet for sexual acts.

Investigators were able to locate and recover the girl at a hotel in Towson. She was ultimately identified as a critically missing juvenile.
On Nov. 4, investigators from the Maryland State Police and the US Marshals Service located Philip at a residence in Hanover, Pennsylvania. He was arrested without incident.

During the arrest, authorities said officers located another missing girl who was also believed to be a victim of sex trafficking.
Two days later, investigators located Miles in an airport in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Miles was taken into police custody and arrested without incident.
Philip is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond. Miles is currently being held in Minnesota and awaiting extradition to Maryland.
Police believe Miles and Philip may have trafficked additional women. Maryland State Police urge any additional victims to contact investigators at 410-694-4700. All calls may remain confidential.
