Baltimore County Police Identify Homicide Victim

Baltimore County police have released the name of a man found dead inside an overturned car in Towson early Wednesday morning. 

Donte Antonio Stephens, 36, of the 500 block of N. Schroeder Street in Baltimore, was discovered inside a silver Dodge vehicle in the area of Murdock and Blenheim roads in Rodgers Forge after officers responded to a call of shots fired, according to a news release. There were no other injuries, but several parked cars were damaged. 

Police said Stephens was shot at least once and are looking into the possibility that he was targeted. 

Area residents reported that they saw a vehicle flee the scene around 5:30 a.m., the release states.
