According to university spokeswoman Carol Dunsworth, university police received an anonymous call late Tuesday morning from someone who reported overhearing people talking about an explosive device in the Towsontown Garage.
Police shut down the garage, and it was reopened around 11:45 a.m., after no suspicious devices or people were found, Dunsworth said.
