A new business is opening in downtown Towson, with a ribbon cutting slated for Thursday.

TOWSON, MD — A business on Chesapeake Avenue is holding a grand opening on Thursday, with free samples and a raffle planned.
Chatime Towson will welcome people and their pets for a ribbon cutting and celebration. The business sells teas, both iced and hot, that range from milky to fruity. It also offers smoothies, juices and bakery items.
Purchasing a drink during the grand opening on Thursday will provide entry into a raffle for the chance to win prizes, according to Chatime Towson. Samples of teas and sweets will be offered throughout the day, and pup cups and treats will be available for pooches, organizers said.
