Oscar Winner Roger Ross Williams Screens 'Music By Prudence'

Roger Ross Williams, director and producer of the Oscar-winning documentary "Music by Prudence," will present that film in a screening at Towson University. The film follows eight disabled young Zimbabweans in a band. Williams is the first African-American director to win an Oscar for a documentary short film, and the first to win an Oscar for directing and producing. The screening is part of the College of Liberal Arts' spring film festival, which focuses this year on films about Africa.
