Phineas and Ferb of the eponymous Disney Channel show "Phineas and Ferb" will visit Towson Town Center's first floor grand court with friend Special Agent P to promote the upcoming Disney Channel movie “Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension." Radio Disney will be on hand to play music and give away prizes.
