Maryland CASA Recruiting for Baltimore Running Festival
The Towson based nonprofit is hoping to reach a goal of 150 team members.

Maryland CASA Association, a nonprofit based in Towson that trains volunteers to serve as advocates for children under court protection, is recruiting runners and walkers for its team competing in Under Armour's Baltimore Running Festival.
The festival is on Oct. 12, and more information is available is on the website.
The organization is looking to recruit 150 team members, said Ed Kilcullen, the nonprofit's state director and a Towson Manor Village resident, in an email. Team members are invited to participate in any of the races at the festival—the 5K, half marathon, full marathon and team relay.

Participation will raise awareness and funds to support the efforts of Maryland CASA, Kilcullen said.
