Maryland Man Strikes Back on 'American Ninja Warrior' in Baltimore
"When you think, you don't move," says Elet Hall, who bested the rest to get in the top group in the qualifying round.

Watch Maryland resident Elet Hall finish the course with the fastest time in Baltimore.
Will he be the first American Ninja Warrior come from Baltimore?
New competitors competed in part two of the Baltimore qualifying round in last night's airing of NBC's "American Ninja Warrior," in hopes of winning the ultimate cash prize of $500,000. Obstacles included Downhill Jump, the Prism Tilt, the Swing Jump and the Circle Cross.
Elet Hall, of Cavetown, MD, returned for redemption last night, completing the course with the fastest time in Baltimore of 53.79 seconds.
A ski lift operator, Parkour enthusiast and Master's student, Hall last year made it to the second stage and fell on the unstable bridge course.
"When you think, you don't move," Hall said after finishing the course.
Last night's top 30 contestants will move on to the Baltimore finals, and the 100 finalists will then compete at Japan's famous Mount Midoriyama in Las Vegas.
"The course is beyond challenging, the endurance is beyond comprehension and the competition is beyond compare. Many have tried. Only three in the world have succeeded. But yet none have become the first American Ninja Warrior," according to NBC.
