Police Investigate Thursday Sexual Assault Report

Police vehicles were visible in the unit block of York Road on Thursday morning.

 

Police are looking for suspects in a reported sexual assault early Thursday on York Road in Towson.

Detective Cathy Batton, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman, said police were called to the unit block of York Road (near Burke Avenue) at 4:23 a.m. Thursday.

"Officers determined that a possible sexual assault had occurred inside the home," she said.

Batton said police are looking for a bald black male in his 30s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.

Police vehicles were visible outside the home late Thursday morning. Batton said the incident was still under investigation, so no further information was immediately available.
