Towson Area Crime: Man Robbed Taking Out Trash

Armed Robbery: 7000 block of Lachlan Circle, at 9:40 p.m., Jan. 23. A robber pushed a delivery driver up against a wall, put a knife to his neck and stole the driver’s money and iPhone.
First Degree Burglary: 8500 block of Chestnut Oak Road, between 9 a.m., Jan. 22 and 10 a.m., Jan. 23. A burglar broke into an apartment through a first floor window and stole a bike, tablet, DVD player and two men’s suits.
First Degree Burglary: 1300 block of Putty Hill Avenue, between 1 and 1:24 p.m., Jan. 23. A burglar entered the home through a side ground floor window, but ran away after being spotted by a resident.

Armed Robbery: 300 block of Burke Avenue, at 8 p.m., Jan. 22. Two robbers walked into an apartment and demanded money and marijuana. The residents told the robbers they didn’t have any and the robbers left.
Attempted Second Degree Burglary: unit block of Devon Hill Drive, between 4 p.m., Jan. 22 and 3:30 p.m., Jan. 23. A burglar damaged the doorknobs of a common storage area of an apartment building. No items were taken.

First Degree Burglary: 500 block of Goucher Boulevard, between 8 p.m., Jan. 20 and 8 p.m., Jan. 22. A burglar broke into the home through a back window, ransacked two bedrooms and stole a Kindle Fire.
Fourth Degree Burglary: 1500 block of Doxbury Road, between 11:20 and 11:23 a.m., Jan. 20. A burglar kicked in the door of the home and started arguing with the resident. The burglar was taken into custody.
Armed Robbery: 6900 block of Donachie Road, at 8:15 p.m., Jan. 19. A resident was taking out the trash when a robber approached armed with a gun. The robber forced the resident back into the apartment and stole an Xbox and PlayStation video game systems.
Second Degree Burglary: 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road, 1:57 a.m., Jan. 18. A woman was spotted n video stealing items from a kiosk in the Towson Town Center.
Fourth Degree Burglary: 7400 block of Forrest Avenue, between 12:01 a.m., Jan. 18 and 2:19 p.m., on Jan. 26. A silver Trane air conditioning unit was stolen from the backyard.
First Degree Burglary: unit block of York Road, between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., Jan. 17. A burglar came in through an open front door, stole several items and left.
First Degree Burglary: 1100 block of Glendale Road, between 9 a.m. and 10:10 p.m., Jan. 17. A burglar broke a rear sliding glass door and stole clothing and two cellphones.
Second Degree Burglary: 100 block of East Burke Avenue, at 3:30 a.m., Jan. 17. A man was arrested for breaking into Radebaugh Florist.
Armed Robbery: 1400 block of Wentworth Avenue, at 9:56 p.m., Jan. 14. Three robbers, one armed with a black handgun, demanded money from a resident. The robbers took two cellphones and cash.
