West Elm To Open Temporary Store in Towson
The Brooklyn home furnishings store sets up shop for the holiday season at Towson Town Center.

Upscale furniture retailer West Elm is putting its feet up at for this year's holiday shopping season.
The retailer opens a pop-up location on Thursday on the mall's second floor.
The Brooklyn-based chain has 36 retail stores nationwide, and Towson is its second temporary location for the holiday season.

The store sells home furnishings, lighting and decor from global artisans. If you can't find it in the Towson store, you can order it at the store and have it shipped to you, the company said in a statement.
“All our stores are designed to create a shopping experience of ongoing discovery and fun for our customers—and the holidays are when we do this best,” Jim Brett, West Elm's president, said in a press release. “We are excited to join the Baltimore design scene at this perfect time of year.”

West Elm is a subsidiary of , which has a location on the mall's fourth floor.
The store will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
