Woman Shot On Thanksgiving In Baltimore County: Police
A woman was shot on Thanksgiving in Baltimore County. Officers think it was a domestic incident, a report said.

WOODLAWN, MD — A 41-year-old woman was shot on Thanksgiving in Woodlawn, police said.
Investigators think this was a domestic shooting where the adult male suspect and the victim know each other, the Baltimore County Police Department told WBAL-TV.
Officers said it was an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the community. Authorities did not identify the suspect or mention an arrest.

Police said they were called Thursday around 11:10 a.m. to the 5700 block of Johnnycake Road.
Officers said they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics took her by ambulance to a nearby hospital in serious condition.

Authorities told WBAL the victim was still in serious condition as of around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, but she is expected to survive.
