"How will the Purple Line positively affect transportation for people in Wheaton? How will it positively affect housing prices for Wheaton homeowners? I believe it will lead to even fewer people seeing any reason to buy a home in Wheaton. Neither the ICC nor the Purple Line benefits Wheaton residents, though they do benefit people in other areas of the County."
