UPDATE: Victims Identified in Georgia Avenue Crash That Killed 3
Police: A child and 2 adults are dead after a crash in Aspen Hill Sunday night.

Update, 2:15 p.m.:
A 4-year-old was one of three Wheaton residents killed in a three-car crash Sunday night in Aspen Hill, Montgomery County police said.
The crash occurred just before 10 p.m.

A Nissan Sentra was making a left turn from eastbound Kayson Street onto northbound Georgia Avenue when it was struck by a Volkswagon Passat and a Chevrolet Camaro, both of which were traveling southbound on Georgia Avenue, police said.
All four occupants of the Nissan were ejected, police said. Felipe Pineda, 50, of the 3700 block of Bel Pre Road in Wheaton and Elizabeth Lemus, 4, of the 12900 block of Crisfield Road in Wheaton, were pronounced dead on the scene, according to police.

The driver of the Nissan—Salvador Lemus Ramos, 39, of the Crisfield Road address—was taken to a local hospital where he died later in the evening. A fourth occupant—Elba Pineda, 31, also of the Crisfield Road address—was also taken to a hospital in serious condition.
Police identified the driver of the Volkswagon Passat as Shaka Wakefield, 25, of the 12700 block of Epping Terrace in Wheaton. The driver of the Chevrolet Camaro was Audias Sanchez, 35, of the 12500 block of Winexburg Manor Drive in Wheaton, police said. Both were taken to a local hospital.
Their conditions were not immediately available.

An adult and a child were killed in a car crash at Georgia Avenue and Kayson Street in Aspen Hill Sunday night, Montgomery County police said.
A second adult—one of four taken to local hospitals—died later, police said.
The victims' identities have not been released. Three vehicles were involved in the incident, which police responded to at 9:47 p.m., police said.
