Valerie and Valencia Cook, a mother and daughter team, started parking their food truck in the lot outside Target in early January, but have finally decided to make the move indoors. Valerie Cook said that the kiosk will offer the classic cupcake flavors (vanilla, chocolate, red velvet), but will also take requests (carrot cake, German chocolate, and lemon).
