The Wheaton Five: Jan. 4

1. Today’s forecast: Partly sunny in the morning, but becoming mostly cloudy later in the day, with highs in the low 30s (snow temperatures!). Temperatures are expected to drop to the mid 20s in the evening.

2. Mark your calendars for this Monday’s free screening of at the Visitor Center from 7-9 p.m. The screening seems timely with the implementation of Montgomery County’s new 5-cent bag tax.

3. Speaking of that new bag tax...In case you missed it on the Patch yesterday, volunteers outside in the Wheaton Triangle.
