Domestic Issue, Injured Motorist and More From the Acton Police Log

The following was reported by the Acton Police Department on July 30:

• Emergency personnel responded to Hayward Road for a report of an accident with injuries. Officers reported no injuries at the scene. Scott Motors was called for a tow.
• Officers were dispatched to School Street for a report of a domestic issue. A caller from Hillcrest reported hearing yelling from a house. The argument was verbal in nature and no action was taken.
• Emergency personnel responded to Great Road for a report of an accident. One person refused medical treatment at the scene.
• Officers were dispatched to Spruce Street for a report of an unattended briefcase on a patio. The leather briefcase was secured and reported empty. Dispatch currently has the briefcase.
