Local Woman Arrested on OUI Charge in Acton
The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department in the early morning hours of Aug. 10 resulted in the arrest of a local woman.
Just before 2 a.m., an officer on patrol pulled over a motorist driving at the Route 2 and Piper Road intersection.
After an investigation was completed, Coleen M. Fenton, 38, of 71 Hosmer St., Apt. 7, was arrested and charged with:
- Operating under the influence of liquor;
- Marked lanes violation.
The arresting officer was Dean Keeler.
In other police news from Aug. 10:
- A person on Devon Drive reported a breaking and entering. Responding officer took a malicious destruction report.
- A person on School Street reported a suspicious white male with blond hair who was carrying a lot of bags had "talked trash" to him and then left walking down the street. Responding officers reported the person was lost and was trying to get to Lancaster.
- A Knowlton Drive resident reported there was a bat flying inside her house on the second floor. Responding officer did not find anything.
- There were two reports of a suspicious person on Massachusetts Avenue. In the first report, a woman who was in her back yard heard a man's voice but could make out what he said. She ran inside. The man was gone when officers arrived. In the second report, a person allegedly knocked on a window. That person was also gone when police arrived.
