WAKEFIELD, MA — Beloved Wakefield eatery Massimo's Ristorante is for sale for just $75,000, according to a real estate listing.
19 Centre Street has everything you'd need to run a successful neighborhood restaurant. The listing calls the space "truly turnkey," with a 64-seat dining area and a kitchen equipped with two ovens, multiple refrigerators and more.
Massimo's has been in Wakefield since 2014 after jumping around from Everett to Malden, Boston Restaurants reported.

The family that runs the restaurant is apparently retiring, according to Facebook commenters. Patch reached out to Massimo's to confirm, but we haven't heard back.
