Haverhill Man Charged with Receiving a Stolen Car

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Wednesday, July 27
At 2:35 a.m. police arrested Nicholas M. Belanger, 27, of 25 Hillside St., Haverhill, on Dascomb Road. Belanger was charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and possession of a class B substance, subsequent offense.

At 7:21 a.m. police arrested Ariel A. Tejeda, 25, of 26 Sanborn St., Lawrence, on River Road. Tejeda was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, subsequent offense, and an uninspected motor vehicle.
At 11:13 a.m. security reported that a motor vehicle involved with a hit and run on Main Street was leaking fuel.

At 12:49 p.m. a caller reported that his truck was broken into within the last hour on Jenkins Road.
At 1:56 p.m. a caller reported that someone put keys to a Land Rover in his mailbox on Woburn Street.
At 3:54 p.m. police arrested Cynthia J. Stackpole, 38, of 30 River Road, on River Road. Stackpole was charged with resisting arrest.
At 5:57 p.m. a walk-in visitor at the police station reported that someone had keyed her brand new car on Memorial Circle.
At 11:54 p.m. a one-vehicle accident was reported on River Road. A resident reported that a car hit a telephone pole. Police reported possible injuries to the driver of the vehicle.
