New Hampshire Man Charged with Possession of Class B Drug

Wednesday, Aug. 17
At 9:41 a.m. a caller from the Health Department reported that a bird was in distress in the parking lot on Bartlet Street.

At 2:04 p.m. police stopped a driver for texting while driving and issued the person a citation for the offense on Haverhill Street.
At 4:31 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported that some earrings were stolen from her apartment on Railroad Street. An officer filed the incident.

At 5:13 p.m. police arrested Ryan John Morrisey, 20, of 198 Grove St., Apt. 3, Manchester, N.H., on River Road. Morrisey was charged with possession of a class B substance and class E substance.
At 5:22 p.m. a caller reported car accident on Route 28 near the intersection of Interstate 495.
