Photo of the Day: Two Hatchlings on Greenmeadow Lane
A week later, Andover Patch checked back in with a resident on Greenwood Road to see how many Sparrows hatched since last week's photo.
A Greenmeadow Lane resident followed up with Andover Patch about a growing family she found in a hanging flower pot outside her home. A Sparrow had constructed a nest and laid five eggs recently. While they all hatched, only two are currently left.
On a cold and rainy Monday, the two left were huddled around each other and not as ready to eat with open mouths.
