Stolen Vehicle Recovered in Lawrence

Monday, Aug. 8
At 7:04 a.m. a fire lieutenant reported that a tree limb is hanging over a wire on Juniper Road and National Grid has responded. They requested a police detail.

At 2:22 p.m. identity fraud was reported on Buttonwood Drive.
At 2:54 p.m. a sick coyote was reported on Olde Berry Road. The animal control officer said the animal had to be put down and requested an officer.

At 3:55 p.m. a stolen vehicle from Andover was recovered on Ames Street in Lawrence. No arrests were made and no damage was done to the vehicle.
At 4:53 p.m. a caller reported two suspicious men out in front of the closed Marshalls unit in Shawsheen Plaza. The caller said one man was possibly waving a stick at people. An officer responded, but did not find the individuals in question.
At 8:05 p.m. police gave a warning to a motor vehicle operator for excessive tint in car windows.
