Vandalized Mailboxes Reported on High Plain Road

The police logs for Monday, July 18 contained one arrest and several small incidents.

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

At 12:12 a.m. police arrested Erik M. Hastings, 23, of 34 Kimball St., Haverhill, on Harold Parker Road. Hastings was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous equipment violation.

At 8:12 a.m. police spoke to an individual that was trash picking on Highland Avenue.

At 9:17 a.m. two homeowners on High Plain Road complained about vandalized mailboxes.

At 10:15 a.m. a caller reported that a window was “shot out” over the weekend on Bulfinch Drive.

At 4 p.m. a caller reported a bike stolen from a school on Lovejoy Road.

At 8:57 p.m. a woman reported an apparent solicitor from Verizon asking for signatures on Haggetts Pond Road.
